Terms & Conditions.

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of wautosale.com and the games on it (together, "Wauto Sale", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Wauto Sale.

2. Who can use Wauto Sale

• You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom.
• You may only have one account, and it must be in your own name.
• We may ask you to confirm your age or location, and may close accounts that don't meet these rules.

3. Free-to-play only

• Coins, XP and levels are virtual and exist only for entertainment on this site.
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred to anyone else or withdrawn.
• We may change welcome coins, the daily bonus, levels or how XP is earned at any time.
• Success in our free games does not mean you would have success at real-money gambling.

4. Your account

• You can play every game without an account. An account adds a coin balance, XP, levels and the daily bonus.
• Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• If you sign up with Google, Google's own terms also apply to that sign-in.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

5. Fair play

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts or automated tools to play, earn XP or collect bonuses;
• try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the security of the site or games;
• create more than one account, or use someone else's account;
• use offensive or misleading usernames;
• use Wauto Sale for anything unlawful.

6. Our games and content

All games, artwork, text, logos and software on Wauto Sale belong to us or our licensors. You may play them for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, re-host, frame or resell them.

We try to keep every game working, but we don't promise the site or any game will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove games at any time.

7. Suspending or closing accounts

You can delete your account at any time from My account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, or if we reasonably believe the account holder is under 18 or outside the UK. Because coins have no value, no compensation is due when an account is closed.

8. Our responsibility to you

Wauto Sale is provided free and "as is". Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales. Otherwise, we are not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, for loss of virtual coins or progress, or for problems caused by your device, browser or internet connection.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we'll show a notice on the site. Continuing to use Wauto Sale after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Law and contact

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of the United Kingdom have jurisdiction. If you have a question or complaint, contact us through our contact form.
