2. Free games and real money

Doing well in a free game does not mean you would do well at real-money gambling. Real-money games are designed so that, over time, players lose more than they win.

3. Signs play may be becoming a problem

  • Playing for much longer than you meant to
  • Feeling restless or irritable when you can't play
  • Hiding how much you play from people close to you
  • Thinking about moving to real-money gambling to "win back" or "make it count"
  • Missing sleep, work or plans to keep playing

If any of these sound familiar, it's a good moment to take a break and talk to someone.

4. Take a break or restrict your account

Player Care can pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or longer, restrict it, or delete it completely. No questions asked.
